How do I
place an order?
Please
follow the steps below:

Step 1
– Browse through our website
and select the gift(s) you
wish to purchase. Click
the “Add to Basket” button
next to the item you wish to
purchase.

Step 2–
Once the product is added to
the cart, you will be shown
the cart contents and from
there, you have the option to
select to continue to shop
or checkout.

Step 3
- Once you have added all
that you want to purchase to
the cart, select checkout,
fill up the form and proceed
to make payment using
WorldPayor local local bank
transfers (Maybank, RHB
Bank, Public Bank).

Do I
need to fill in my particulars every time I
want to place an order?
If you have selected to
allow the server to remember you
the first time you make a purchase, the checkout form will
automatically be filled and there
is no need for you to fill in the
form unless you wish to make
changes.

Is your
server secure?
We do not
store any credit card
information in our server. In
fact, we do not know your credit
card number at all. Upon
checkout, you will be
transferred to a secured page
provided by WorldPay who will
collect the funds on our behalf.

How
will I know if my order is
confirmed?
We will send a confirmation
email once we receive your
order.

All prices shown are in
Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Is the
gift box included in my DIY
purcahses ?
No. The gift box is priced
separately at RM 2.70 per piece.

How
long do I have to wait for my
gifts?
Delivery is within 3 working
days upon confirmation of
payment.

How can
I make my payment?
Payment can be made by bank
transfer from Maybank, RHB Bank
or Public Bank. Our account
numbers can be found on the
payment method site. We also
accept credit card payments via
Visa or Mastercard.

What if
the items I received is not
functioning?
Refunds
will be given at the discretion
of the Company Management.
However, please notify us seven
(7) days upon receipt for
replacement of any non
functioning item(s). Damaged
items are dealt on a case by
case basis.”
